USA Shipping

Shipping comes at no cost to you with a minimum purchase of $75 or more (before tax and promotional discounts). This offer is valid on standard U.S. ground shipping to delivery addresses within the 48 continental states (excluding Hawaii and Alaska).

Orders are usually processed within 1-4 business days (weekends and holidays excluded) and are delivered within 3-5 business days from time of shipment. For expedited and express shipping methods, additional charges apply. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment email entailing shipment and tracking details.

Please note: Shipping fees are not refundable.

If you have not received your package and the tracking information states that it was delivered, you must address this with the selected carrier. Uncrowned Queens is not responsible for packages that are stated as delivered.
