These Terms and Conditions govern your use of vieha.co and purchases made from ViÉHA. By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies referenced below.
Online Store
Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that allows ViÉHA to offer products and services to you.
You must be at least the age of majority where you live, or use the site with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. You may not use the site or our products for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
Products and Presentation
We make every reasonable effort to present product descriptions, colors, measurements, and images accurately. Colors and details may appear differently depending on your screen. Hand finished materials and techniques may result in slight variations that are part of the character of each piece.
Products may be offered in limited quantities and may be changed or discontinued without notice.
Prices and Availability
Prices, promotions, product availability, and shipping rates may change without notice. Taxes, duties, and other charges may apply depending on your destination. We reserve the right to correct errors and to limit quantities or refuse an order where permitted by law.
Orders
Please review your items, size, color, billing information, and delivery address carefully before completing checkout. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order. It does not guarantee acceptance. ViÉHA may refuse or cancel an order because of product availability, payment issues, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or other reasonable business concerns. If ViÉHA cancels an order after payment, the amount collected for the cancelled order will be refunded.
Payment
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment and account information. By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. Payments are processed by Shopify and applicable payment providers.
Shipping and Delivery
Preparation and delivery estimates are provided for guidance and are not guaranteed. ViÉHA is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or events outside our reasonable control.
If a package is marked delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly. ViÉHA cannot replace or refund packages marked as delivered or orders sent to an address entered incorrectly at checkout. Full details are available in our Shipping and Returns policy.
Returns and Refunds
Eligible full price pieces may be returned within 7 days of delivery, subject to the conditions in our Return Policy. Sale items and pieces marked final sale are not eligible for return. Original shipping charges, duties, taxes, and customs fees are nonrefundable unless required by law.
Intellectual Property
All content on the site, including the ViÉHA name, logos, designs, text, graphics, photographs, video, and site presentation, is owned by or licensed to ViÉHA and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, sell, or exploit site content without prior written permission.
Acceptable Use
You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation or security, introduce malicious code, scrape or collect information without authorization, impersonate another person, violate the rights of others, or use the site for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or misleading activity.
Third Party Services and Links
The site may include tools, payment options, applications, or links provided by third parties. Those services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies. ViÉHA is not responsible for third party sites or services except as required by law.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ViÉHA and its service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss arising from use of the site or products. Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold ViÉHA harmless from claims, losses, or expenses arising from your unlawful use of the site, your breach of these terms, or your violation of another person's rights.
Severability
If any provision of these terms is found unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
