Everything you need to know before your ViÉHA piece begins its journey.
How do I know my order was placed?
Once checkout is complete, you will receive an order confirmation by email. If it does not arrive within a few hours, please check your spam or promotions folder and confirm that the email address entered at checkout is correct.
Can I change or cancel my order?
No. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Please review your items, size, color, and delivery address carefully before completing checkout.
How long does order preparation take?
Please allow 4 to 6 business days for your order to be prepared. During collection launches and holiday periods, preparation may take 7 to 10 business days. Weekends and holidays are not included.
How long does United States shipping take?
Standard domestic shipping takes approximately 3 to 7 business days after your order has been prepared and dispatched. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International delivery times vary by destination and customs clearance. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Duties, VAT, customs charges, and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient unless stated otherwise at checkout.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking activity to appear.
What if tracking says delivered but I cannot find my package?
Please contact the carrier directly. ViÉHA is unable to replace or refund packages marked as delivered by the carrier. Please also review your delivery address carefully at checkout, as orders sent to an incorrectly entered address cannot be replaced or refunded.
What is your return policy?
Eligible full price pieces may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with their original tags and packaging. Sale items and pieces marked final sale are not eligible. Visit our Return Policy for complete details and instructions.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Visit our Contact Us page within 3 days of delivery. Include your order number, clear photographs, and a brief description of the issue.
How do I choose my size?
Use our Size Guide to compare your measurements with ViÉHA sizing. Product pages may include additional fit notes for individual designs.
When will a preorder or made to order piece ship?
Any extended preparation window for a preorder, made to order piece, or special release will be clearly noted on the product page before purchase.
