Every ViÉHA order begins with care. From our hands to wherever you may be, we prepare each piece thoughtfully and send it on its way with trusted delivery partners.
Order Preparation
Please allow 4 to 6 business days for your order to be prepared before shipment. This timeframe excludes weekends and holidays.
During collection launches and holiday periods, preparation may take 7 to 10 business days. We will always share tracking details by email as soon as your order begins its journey.
United States Shipping
Standard shipping: approximately 3 to 7 business days after processing
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Domestic orders may travel with USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Delivery estimates begin once your order has been dispatched and are not guaranteed.
International Shipping
International delivery times vary by destination and customs clearance. Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and parcel weight.
Duties, VAT, customs charges, and import taxes are not included in your order total unless stated at checkout. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Preorders and Made to Order Pieces
Some special releases require a little more time. Any extended preparation window will be clearly noted on the product page before purchase.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking activity to appear.
Lost or Misdelivered Packages
If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the carrier directly. ViÉHA is unable to replace or refund packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
Please review your delivery address carefully before placing your order. ViÉHA is unable to replace or refund orders sent to an address entered incorrectly at checkout.
Returns
Eligible pieces may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with their original tags and packaging.
